Agenda
The Core Committee meeting which was founding General Body Meeting held on 21/01/2017 decided to start the activities with the following Agenda points:
1.	Take all necessary steps through AADEE as well as with common platform to ensure the status of all employees of AIR&DD as Central Government Employees. (Thus all the issues of 1C1P, CGHS/CSMA, General pool Accommodation in Central Government quarters, Admission of wards in Kendriya Vidyalaya on priority etc will be solved)
2.	Take necessary steps to stop the down gradation on the excuse of pay revision dated 25.02.1999 of pay of all engineering employees in general and retirees in particular.
3.	Restoration of MACP Scheme for all our cadres
4.	One Pay Scale for One Cadre (Pay Scale of Rs.3050 – 4590 all Helpers w. e. f. 01.01.1996 in place of present scale of Rs.2650 – 4000 (75% Helpers) & Rs.3050-4590 (25% Helpers), Mast Technician & Diesel Technician (Rs. 5000 – 8000) and Diesel Engine Driver (3250-4900) as proposed by DG:AIR in the letter dated 17/2/2011. PB II with Rs.4600 GP for all EAs and PB II with Rs.4200 GP for all Technicians), irrespective of any cutoff date, as per the proposal dated 17/2/2011 of DG: AIR.
5.	Immediate implementation of the Pay scale of Rs.5000-8000 to all Technicians w. e. f. 01.01.1996 in parity with Lighting Assistant.
6.	Immediate implementation of the Pay Scale Rs. 4500 – 7000 and thereafter Rs.5000-8000 (with replacement scales as per 6th & 7th CPC to all Technicians joined after 25.02.1999 as per the rule of 1Payscale for 1 Cadre.
7.	Implementation of ACP for all our cadres:- as per Patna verdict for the cadres of EA,SEA & AE and as per ACP Scheme for all other cadres.
8.	Opening of Seniority – cum- Fitness quota for promotion from Helper to Technician.
9.	ACP Scheme for Helper as per the case pending in the Hon’ble High Court Delhi
10.	Merger of EA & SEA in PB-II with GP Rs.4600/- w.e.f. 01.01.1996 as per the recommendations 6th CPC and M.C.Aggarwal Committee and in lines with MACP benefits already granted to EA/SEA/AE by ignoring the promotion from EA to SEA.
11.	Merger of Technician with Senior Technician in the light of the Technician parity with Lighting Assistant.
12.	Cadre Review for all our cadres by reducing the number of cadres, upgrading the qualifications and increasing the promotional opportunities.
13.	Ensure timely implementation of appointments on compassionate ground.
14.	Efforts to improve the working conditions of Staff at small stations like LPTVs and FM Stations by taking up the similar issues of different stations with the authorities concerned.
15.	Efforts to improve/ Renovation of Terrestrial Transmission.
16.	To settle all other issues, affecting our cadres/members, through organizational activities and collective bargaining from time to time.
Though the agenda is given with serial numbers, all agenda items will be taken up simultaneously and there is no question of leaving any agenda behind.
